Prisoner Compound

POW compound

I was a taxi driver... It was the Utah General Depot then. They were just the depot taxis.... Sometimes if the United States officers had to leave the depot, I would have to get a permit and drive them into Ogden or wherever they had to go. Otherwise I stayed right in the depot... My taxi was big enough for the driver and then it had two seats behind that. So I could take about six or seven prisoners at a time.
