This collection contains the daily record for the 5 th Ward School from March 9, 1891 to May 15, 1891.    Louis F. Moench was the teacher.   The book lists the students, attendance, and scores for subjects.   The subjects include Theology, Elocution, Grammar, Physical Geography, Reading and Arithmetic.   It also has a Visitors' Register at the end.   Students included David Eccles, Joseph Belnap, the Farr Children, Andrew and Walter Kerr, Joseph & Hyrum Pingree and the Moench Children.
