LIBS 1704 is a multimedia course designed to introduce you to the Weber State University Stewart Library and to college-level research tools and strategies. This is a one credit hour course that will require a minimum of three hours of work per week. Successful completion of this course with a C or higher meets Part D of WSU’s Computer and Information Literacy Requirement.
To view course material, click on the menu options to the left, beginning with the Introduction. Most of the course material is presented in two formats: text (PDF) and video lecture format. You may view the material in either format (or both). In order to view the video lectures, you will need to use the campus network or other high-speed bandwidth. These videos are housed on WSU’s streaming server.
The complete file for the textbook is available at the copy center for printing on demand. You may also access a complete copy HERE if you wish to print the textbook in color (20 cents/page) or in black and white (5 cents/page) at the library.
