Use this form to request the delivery of books, theses, government documents and media material from the WSU Davis Library to the Stewart Library.

Find the item you are requesting in the WSU Stewart Library catalog, then "copy and paste" the information from the following fields: *Title, Author, Publisher, Collection and Call Number.*

The document you have requested will be delivered within 48 hours. Deliveries are made to the WSU Davis Library at 11:30 a.m. and to the Stewart Library at noon Monday through Friday, except on holidays. In the case of bad weather, items will be delivered the next business day. If you have special instructions and/or comments regarding the delivery of this material, please include them in the box below.
