Use this form to request the delivery of books, theses, government documents and media material from the Stewart Library to the WSU Davis Library.

Find the item you are requesting in the  WSU Stewart Library catalog, then "copy and paste"

The document you have requested will be delivered within 48 hours.  Deliveries are made to the WSU Davis Library at 11:30 a.m. and to the Stewart Library at noon Monday through Friday, except on holidays.  If you have special instructions and/or comments regarding the delivery of this material, please include them in the box below.

Warning Concerning Copyright Restrictions: The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United State Code) governs the making of photocopies or other copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified by law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research."
