Stewart Library will be open Feb. 19, Presidents'
Day, from noon - 5 pm. The Davis Campus Library will be closed for
the holiday.
New
to the Special Collections Department web page are listings of the
manuscript collections
housed in Special Collections. You can search alphabetically, by
title, or by collection number. It contains registers to all the
processed collections that are opened for research. Take a look,
you may be surprised at the wealth of primary sources we have to
offer. Recently added are The
Ronald Younger Collection,
the McKay-Dee
Foundation Collection, and the Richard
Roberts Weber County Photograph Collection.
Two scanners are now available for use in the library.
One is located in the Resource Commons area and the other is at
the Reference Desk, both on the middle level. A scanner allows
you to scan print sources and photographs and save to your USB drive,
a floppy, or CD-R/RW, print black and white or color, or send the
image of the scanned page to your email. Another example of putting
technology to work in the library!
