Effective December 1, 2019 the Stewart Library has established the following policy pertaining to the acceptance of Gifts-In-Kind:
The Stewart Library does not accept personal gifts of books, journals, magazines, audio recordings, and other materials except:
- Donations appropriate to University Archives
- Donations appropriate to Special Collections
- Items authored or created by WSU Faculty
- Items donated by WSU Faculty in support of a specific curriculum, and the Stewart Library mission, in consultation with the librarian responsible for their subject area
