On-Campus Delivery Service for Faculty & Staff
Faculty and staff may request library-owned books and media (excluding Course Reserves) for delivery to their department's administrative office via campus mail Services.
To make a request, place a hold request on an item through the library catalog and specify the administrative office number in the notes.

Delivery Service Policies
- Deliveries are made to department administrative offices only – we cannot deliver to individual staff/faculty offices.
- Administrative office deliveries are available on the Ogden campus only; Davis intercampus deliveries must be picked up at the Davis Library Service Desk at this time.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, except on holidays.
- Deliveries can take up to 5 business days from request submission, excluding weekends and holidays.
- For deliveries and/or pickups of four or more titles, large books/media, or other requests too large for mail, please contact libraryhelp@weber.edu directly.
- Please return mail bags to the Stewart Library within 2 weeks of receipt via campus Mail Services or at any library drop box.
- Scans of library-owned articles or book chapters may be requested through interlibrary loan for digital delivery to your interlibrary loan account.
Material(s) from other libraries should be requested through Interlibrary Loan.
- Physical materials requested through Interlibrary Loan must be picked up for the Stewart or Davis library services desks. You can authorize a department admin or student assistant to pick up your ILL: call 801-626-7487 or email the Interlibrary Loan department for more information.
- Scans of articles from periodicals, microforms, and book chapters will be delivered electronically to your interlibrary loan account.
