The Stewart Library is a selective, digital-only Federal Depository Library. We make government publications available for the free use of the general public. As a digital-only depository, we offer access to government information online, but not in print.
Print Resources
For access to print resources, we recommend using ILL (Interlibrary Loan). You can also visit print collections in person. The regional collection for federal government information is located at Utah State University’s Merrill-Cazier Library. The collection for state government information is located at the Utah State Library.
Access for the General Public
Anyone 18 years or older with current state identification can access the on-site computers at the Stewart Library. You do not have to be a Weber State University student, faculty member, or staff to use the library.

Electronic Code of Federal Regulations
Search the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), the official legal print publication containing the codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register. Electronic edition incorporates daily updates, but is not considered the official legal edition of the CFR.
