The Hetzel-Hoellein Conference room is a reservable shared space for members of Weber State University to gather to conduct meetings, trainings, academic services and host library sponsored or co-sponsored events of civic, cultural or educational interest.
The Hetzel-Hoellein room may be reserved up to eight months in advance by university departments, and four months in advance for WSUSA Clubs and Orgs.
Generally, an individual/organization will be limited to two reservations per week in order to allow fair access to the space, although requests for more reservations may be considered at the discretion of the Library Administration office.
To give library staff time to set up and secure the building, the reservation window is no earlier than 1 hour after opening and no later than 1 hour before closing during library hours of operation.
Reservation requests made by WSUSA Clubs and Orgs should be made through the club email. This email account can be requested from the Clubs and Orgs Office. To be authorized to make a reservation, all registered WSUSA clubs and organizations must be up to date each year.
Reservations are not accepted for regularly scheduled academic classes.
