The Stewart Library has laptops and mobile wifi hotspots available for checkout to WSU students who are currently enrolled in classes. While borrowing library equipment you are expected to abide by our Laptop & Equipment Use Policy posted on our website and at the end of this request form.Laptop requests for the Spring 2026 semester can be placed starting on December 1st.Laptops can be borrowed until the end of a semester or for a short term checkout of 7 days. Mobile Wi-Fi hotspots can be borrowed for 7 days. Equipment borrowed for 7 days can be renewed one time by submitting a new request or contacting User Services.Equipment requests are processed in the order they are received.
