SCUA Electronic Donation Form

As sole and absolute owner of the materials described below, do hereby give, transfer, and deliver all rights, title and interest in and to the materials, together with all literary property rights that I [or the Organization] hold, to the Weber State Special Collections and University Archives (SCUA).  It shall be cared for in a manner which will, in the judgement of the Curator, best provide for its physical preservation, and at the same time make it most readily available to properly qualified research scholars and students.
