Educational poster printing services are available at the Stewart Library for WSU students, staff, and faculty.
Policies
Processing Time
We typically process requests within 3 business days, which are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–3 p.m. For larger orders, please allow a bit more time. If you need something sooner, just let us know—rush orders may be accommodated for a $10 fee, weekdays only.
Order Submission
To help us serve you better, please submit all orders in JPG or PDF format. Unfortunately, we cannot accept walk-in or emailed requests, all requests need to be submitted through the form below.
Multiple Files
If you're requesting multiple posters, please combine all images into a single PDF and indicate the number of posters in the file name. These requests will take the full 3 days or more for processing and cannot be rushed.
File Editing
While our staff is here to assist you, we are unable to edit any uploaded files for content or clarity. If we notice any printing issues, we will reach out to you directly.
Pick-Up Information
Once notified, your prints will be waiting for pick-up at the Services Desk on the first floor of the Stewart Library during building hours. Pick-ups can only be made once payment has been verified. Please note that unclaimed prints will be recycled after 30 days.
*There will be no reprints or refunds on recycled posters. If alternate arrangements are not made before 30 days, requests will be recycled.
